She has tried numerous times in the last year...even getting so far as sitting in the seat with the black placement dots on her ears...but always backed out.
But we went to Claire's yesterday and she went through with it! It took a little coaxing on my part...and a promise of picking out whatever she wanted in the store when she was done! (Hint: Notice the lip gloss and eyeshadow she put on herself and her sisters!)
She is so proud of herself and shows everyone she comes in contact with her earrings that are "just like Mommy's"!
Now we just need a lesson on make-up application! :-)
